Help us rescue animals in real danger from Hungary!

Our fundraisers, volunteers and supporters play a vital part in the work we do to rescue vulnerable animals. We couldn’t do what we do without you, so if you’d like to get involved with Hungary Hearts Dog Rescue we’ll support you however we can.

To join our growing family of individuals and groups who help protect animals or see our fundraising and volunteer opportunities, get in touch with one of the team: https://www.hungaryheartsdogrescue.co.uk/contact/. We’d love to hear from you!

The Easiest Way to Help Us Is With a Donation – Sponsor a dog

100% of all cash donations go directly to helping animals in need for things such as rescue, medical and travel expenses. However we are also always in need of items from our wish list! New or gently used: Collars, Leashes, Toys, Blankets, Crates etc.

These items can and do make a world of a difference to an animal in need while they wait for a loving family of their own. Many of our rescuers in Hungary have nothing so for example; your old bowls mean a dog doesnt have to eat off the floor. things that we deem no longer useful or suitable for our pets can mean the world to a dog who has never had a toy before!

We also try to do carboot sales and fundraising events in the summer so reasonable items can be sold to create more funds to pay for medical care – would you consider holding a fund raising event of your own? we have posters and tshirts!

We also have opportunities to help with Events or Sponsorship

Fundraising committee/Event Planners: Help to plan, organize and run fundraising and special events. Give input and execute ideas for fundraising. Bake Sales/Car Boot Sales/Sponsored Dog Walks/Internet Auctions… every little helps!

Special events sponsorship: Help with fundraising and special events, we need positive and compassionate people such as yourself to represent HHDR to the public.
