The purpose of this application form is to better understand you as a fosterer.

Most of the fields are optional but filling them in will ease the review of your application.

What each foster should know

Animals in foster care are to be placed ONLY by an authorised Hungary Hearts Dog Rescue Representative. While fosters have input on applicants, final applicant approval will be decided by a Hungary Hearts Dog Rescue Adoption Representative.

Foster homes are responsible and liable for the actions of foster animals while in their care.

If unable to continue to foster for any reason, the Foster home agrees to keep their dog until another foster home can be found or until the dog can be safely placed into another environment.
